These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set out the terms of use for "WRIGHT Japan" (hereinafter referred to as "this service"). These Terms apply to all users (including sellers and users) who use this service. Please read these Terms carefully before using this service.

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided through this Service.

2. In these terms and conditions, "seller" refers to a person who uses the Service to provide skills or resources, and "user" refers to a person who uses the Service to reserve or purchase these.

Article 2 (User Registration)

1. In order to use this Service, you must register as a seller or user in accordance with the procedures set forth by this Service.

2. Registrants must guarantee that the information they register is accurate and correct any changes to their registration information promptly.

Article 3 (Prohibitions)

Users must not:

1. Any act that violates laws, regulations or public order and morals

2. Any act that infringes the rights of other users, the Service, or third parties.

3. Registering or providing false information

4. Any action that interferes with the operation of this service

5. Any other actions that the Service deems inappropriate

Article 4 (Exhibitor Responsibilities)

1. The seller guarantees that the content of the services or products provided is accurate and does not violate any laws or regulations.

2. The exhibitor shall deal with transactions with the user appropriately and in good faith.

Article 5 (User Responsibilities)

1. The user is obligated to pay for any services reserved or purchased.

2. Users shall observe proper etiquette and deal honestly when dealing with sellers.

3. If unauthorized cancellation or fraudulent activity is confirmed, the Service reserves the right to take appropriate measures against the user.

Article 6 (Fees and Payment)

1. Exhibitors and users shall pay any fees incurred when using this service in the manner specified by this service.

2. Fees and conditions regarding payment will be subject to the separate terms and conditions set forth by the Service.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

1. The Service shall not bear any responsibility whatsoever for transactions between Users. However, this shall not apply if the Service separately intervenes.

2. The Service does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or completeness of the services or products provided.

3. In principle, any disputes between users shall be resolved between the parties involved, and the Service shall not be held responsible.

4.  Notwithstanding any other provisions of these Terms and Conditions, if the Company becomes liable for damages to a user, the scope of compensation will be limited to actual direct and ordinary damages incurred, and the amount of compensation will be limited to the total cumulative amount of fees received by the Company from the user, unless the Company is guilty of intentional or gross negligence.

Article 8 (Protection of Privacy)

1. The Service will handle users' personal information appropriately and protect it in accordance with the Privacy Policy .

Article 9 (Exclusion of Antisocial Forces)

The Company prohibits the use of the Service by antisocial forces, those with close ties to antisocial forces (including providing funds or other benefits), or those equivalent to these. If the Company determines that a user falls under or may fall under these categories, the Company may cancel the user's membership registration or suspend use without prior notice to the user. The Company shall not be liable for any damage or disadvantage caused to the user by such measures.

Article 10 (Changes and Termination of Service)

1. The content of this service may be changed or terminated without prior notice.

2. The Service shall not be liable for any damages caused by changes or termination of the Service.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

2. Any disputes relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kobe District Court having jurisdiction over the location of the Service.

Special Provisions

Special terms for sellers:

1. Sellers are obligated to comply with the Specified Commercial Transactions Act and other relevant laws and regulations.

2. If a third party makes a complaint about the services provided by the exhibitor, the exhibitor shall resolve the complaint at its own responsibility.

Special terms for users:

1. If a user has any dissatisfaction or trouble regarding the service they have reserved or purchased, they shall follow the procedures specified by the Service.

By agreeing to these terms of use, sellers and users are obligated to abide by the rules of this service.

If the seller specifies separate terms of use, the user shall comply with those terms displayed on the service page.
